Our policies provide a framework for consistent decision-making, risk mitigation, and compliance with laws and ethical standards. 



Conflict Of Interest Policy


The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all potential conflicts of interest are identified and addressed in an appropriate and timely manner. It is designed to help employees, consultants and other parties that interact with RHSP to identify situations that may present potential conflict of interest and how to manage the same with prevailing RHSP procedures and relevant laws of Uganda.

Safeguarding Policy


Safeguarding policy refers to the measures and actions taken by RHSP to prevent harm, abuse or neglect to vulnerable people. These vulnerable people include children, youth and adult individuals who might be at risk. The policy aims to protect them from discrimination, harm or abuse.

Sexual Harassment Policy


RHSP strives and aims to create and maintain a safe working environment in which workers and all stakeholders are treated with dignity, decency and respect. This policy on sexual harassment is used as a guide for RHSP employees and stakeholders to enable them to create and environment of mutual trust, that is free of intimidation, oppression and exploitation by all means.
